We’re looking for a person to optimize, tweak and streamline our website to support our lead conversion. We need the customer journey to be richer, and the leads to be warmer once they contact us.
No less.
We know that this type of work takes a whole team in its own right. For now, it’ll be just you, with a little help from the Product Team, Design & UX, our webagency, and of course your new colleagues in MarCom. You’re likely a kind of digital marketeer with a knack for platforms, user journeys and landing pages. And you are motivated by making the website hum and sparkle.
If that makes sense, please apply!
We work with complex, fairly technical B2B marketing and occasional political communication.
This means that we hope for a colleague who is not afraid of tech, is curious, and is good at asking questions.
For us, long-term planning is 6-9 months. We prefer to take the time to do things well. At the same time, we’d like to be able to set up a campaign in just a day if the Sales team needs it.
One of our coming bigger projects is to migrate our website to a new Hubspot template and then tweak it to our liking. This will likely be done before we have you on board, so your first job is to get to know the new site and find out what phase 2 two entails.
At the same time we have a lot of smaller bits and pieces that need attention: implementation of tooling, improving of landing pages and product pages, control with localisation, care of technical maintenance. In our dream scenario, you will also be able to help connect our different systems better, like our CRM, our tracking systems and our product - there's a potential for a fairly big collaborative project between Product, UX & Design, our agency, and MarCom in that.
Actually, we probably know too little to really know the scope of work that awaits you. You’ll have to help us find out.
Your two closest colleagues will be Tobias Marshall-Heyman and Katrine Thielke. Feel free to Google us ;)
We do not have any special requirements as to your educational background. We prefer to see your portfolio. We like good people with a quick mind.
We offer a workplace with a high degree of autonomy and community. You plan your workday, and we also value teamwork.
We have the standard tech workplace package with the required devices and software, plus salary and benefits to match your skill set and experience.
Our work language is English. If you speak or write another language (or more) that is an advantage.
Our core markets are Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, with a presence in Finland. We’re moving steadily towards most of Europe in the coming years.
We’ve recently been acquired by Stø (previously known as Norwegian BankID BankAxept) and maintain our own brand, office, and strategy as an independent company in our own right. However, we have a shared vision and strategy for the European portfolio of identity and signature products.
We’re based in Copenhagen, close to Vesterport.
We’ll interview candidates as applications come in, and will close for applications on October 10.
