Consensus is a Copenhagen-based technology company that develops and delivers innovative engagement solutions to international clients.
At Consensus, we believe that engaged and well-informed employees are crucial to success, especially in a sector as vital as pharmaceuticals. Our SaaS platform, 'Connect,' isn't just software; it bridges the gap between a traditional Learning Management System (LMS) and a corporate communications tool to create a unified employee engagement experience that helps life sciences companies achieve their missions.
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Backend Developer with deep expertise in C# and ASP.NET Core to join our dynamic team. This is an opportunity to see the direct impact of your work on a meaningful product and grow within a culture that values open dialogue, curiosity, and a shared commitment to quality.
You'll join a dedicated team of four developers, working closely with the business side of Consensus as our power users are in-house colleagues. This provides a unique chance to build features with a tight feedback loop and a strong focus on functionality.
This role is hybrid or on-site at our office in Østerbro, Copenhagen (not fully remote).
The Development department consists of three agile teams, supported by dedicated product and design teams. We’re proud of our diverse backgrounds—our team includes a failed philosopher, a classically trained double bass player, an award-winning author, and an open-source maintainer. Experts like our Principal Frontend Engineer (a Microsoft MVP and GitHub Star) drive our culture of learning through regular guild sessions.

Strong expertise in working with relational databases, like PostgreSQL.

Flexible Work: A hybrid model that balances on-site collaboration with remote work.
Your Perfect Setup: Choose your own laptop, OS, and developer tools.
Great Office Life: Enjoy lunch at our office restaurant, Friday Bars, LAN Parties, Town Hall meetings, and biannual company summits.
Professional Development: We support your growth with opportunities for learning, attending conferences, and taking on new responsibilities.
