Moonboon is looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our B2C customer service team during a maternity cover.
Are you passionate about creating great customer experiences – and do you speak fluent German and English? In this role, you will play a central part in supporting our German-speaking customers.
As our new Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will handle inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy – ensuring that every parent who reaches out to us feels supported.
Respond to customer inquiries in German (via email, phone and chat)
Handle orders, returns and claims efficiently and correctly
Track and follow up on cases in our systems to ensure nothing is missed
Collaborate closely with the rest of the team to share knowledge and improve our processes
Provide support in English when needed (Danish is considered a plus)
You speak and write fluent German and English (Danish is a strong plus)
You have experience in a customer service role and enjoy working with people
You are structured, detail-oriented and calm under pressure
You are confident using IT systems and work in a solution-oriented way
You enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive customer experience
German-speaking customers feel heard, supported and understood in their own language
Cases are solved quickly, efficiently and with high quality
You contribute to a smooth and professional service experience that strengthens Moonboon’s reputation in the DACH region
