We are looking for a top-notch Growth Marketing Specialist to be owning the top funnel as well as growth strategy for Life. You will be overseeing LifeX's performance in important channels such as listing sites, our website, and B2B marketing from strategy, execution, and data analysis.
Being part of a fast-paced startup, you will have the chance to grow and learn all about data-driven commercial marketing. As a part of the Marketing team, you will be reporting to Head of Marketing, and two other teammates. We are looking for someone with growth mindset that can bring fresh new ideas as well as conduct testing to diversify our marketing channels.
We have an amazing office in the middle of Copenhagen but it is also possible to work from home when needed. We are looking for someone to join us from October 2025 for a full time role.
Own the performance of our own listing site performance & consumer journey on our website by collaborating with our web developer and UX designer as well as implementing SEO best practices.
Develop strategies to enhance visibility on various third-party listing platforms based on upcoming marketing initiatives and the health of the city's portfolio.
Manage B2B marketing via multiple channels to secure new business opportunities for tenant acquisition and exclusive partnerships.
Conduct data analysis to monitor the efficacy of top funnel activities for LifeX in these channels and gain insight into user behaviour and preferences for optimization.
Collaborate and mentor the two other teammates to streamline the general marketing funnel and the consumer journey.
Proven experience in sales/ marketing, specifically in top funnels of 3+ years.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and account management of 2+ years.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
Fluency in German is not mandatory, but a strong asset.
You will be joining a great and social team of 30 individuals from 15+ nationalities based in 6 different countries who believe well-being, happiness, and fun at work are the foundations for connection, support, and engagement.
Regular team events and social activities in Copenhagen as well as all hands gathering twice a year.
