About Burst

Burst is a small, fast-moving team working with influencers and creators every day. We’re building a platform that makes it easier for creators to collaborate with brands — and actually get paid fairly for the views they drive.

We work with all kinds of brands, big and small, and help them run creator-driven campaigns in a way that feels natural and authentic (not forced ads).

If you’re into TikTok, short-form content, creator culture, or influencer marketing, you’ll feel at home here. You’ll get real hands-on experience, you’ll be close to the action, and you’ll learn directly from the process — not from theory or slides.

We’re relaxed, collaborative, and we like to move fast. If you enjoy trying things, testing ideas, and being part of something growing — you’ll fit in.

What You’ll Do

• Create TikToks and Reels (for Burst + occasionally helping creators/brands)

• Edit short-form content quickly (CapCut, Premiere, etc. — whatever is natural to you)

• Show behind-the-scenes moments that feel real and fun

• Highlight creator wins + small stories from campaigns

• Help with light communication between brands and creators (DMs, intros, coordination)

• Be part of brainstorming content ideas and testing new trends

Who You Are

• You actually spend time on TikTok / Instagram (not just “know them”)

• You enjoy editing short-form video and trying new styles

• Comfortable filming or being behind the camera

• Curious about influencer marketing and creator culture

• Organized enough to follow tasks and keep things moving

• Fluent in English (Danish is a plus, not required)

Bonus:

• You’ve created content yourself (personal, student project, client work — anything counts)

• You’ve had a post go viral or semi-viral

• You’ve worked with creators or brands before in any way
