We're also building complementary AI tools for funding discovery, mentorship matching, and startup collaboration, all aimed at making Europe’s startup ecosystem smarter, faster, and more equitable.
We’re looking for a strategic and creative Head of Marketing to lead all brand, content, and growth initiatives at Nordic Valley for the talent platform. You’ll build and own our marketing playbook — from positioning and storytelling to demand generation and digital campaigns.
This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone excited to shape a purpose-driven brand, define go-to-market strategy, and grow a cross-border community of startups, freelancers, and tech talent.
Develop and lead Nordic Valley’s marketing strategy, including GTM planning for Nordly
Craft and refine our brand identity, tone of voice, and value proposition
Create and manage multichannel content (SoMe, blog, newsletter, LinkedIn, landing pages)
Work closely with our graphic designer and funding specialist to craft compelling visual assets and outreach material
Support growth experiments to acquire talent and onboard startup clients
Plan and coordinate events, partnerships, and community-building efforts
Analyze campaign performance and iterate on what works
Experience in early-stage marketing (ideally SaaS, AI, B2B, or platform products)
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
Solid grasp of startup branding, audience building, and organic/paid growth
Familiarity with tools like Webflow, Canva, Figma, HubSpot, Notion, Mailchimp, etc.
Understanding of European tech and startup ecosystem (Nordics a big plus)
Collaborative, curious, and ready to roll up your sleeves in a lean team
