We are looking for a talented and ambitious Supply Chain Planner to contribute to the continuous development and growth of our brand of endurance and outdoor gear.
DANISH ENDURANCE® is a global endurance & outdoor brand within e-commerce. With a focus on Danish design and sustainable manufacturing in Europe and Asia, we are a young high-growth company, with a flat structure and a friendly, dynamic working environment. We are a truly international team consisting of 60 professionals with 25 different nationalities based in Copenhagen at Holmen and Gramrode near Horsens.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Planning & Execution
Plan and manage replenishment activities across all sales platforms to ensure product availability and service level alignment.
Book shipments, delivery slots, and logistics through Amazon and third-party platforms (3PP).
Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation; follow up with carriers to secure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination
Manage and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring accurate order follow-ups and timely updates.
Track and monitor order and shipment status via supplier channels and Business Central (BC).
Regularly liaise with internal stakeholders, Amazon, 3PP, and Product Development (PD) to align supply chain priorities.
Warehouse & Logistics Coordination
Align closely with the warehouse team to organize incoming supplier deliveries.
Ensure that supply meets demand requirements across platforms in accordance with planning needs.
Administrative & Strategic Tasks
Actively participate in daily morning stand-ups and contribute to team updates.
Handle TrueOps processes including gathering and submitting documentation for Amazon refund cases.
Support donation coordination efforts in collaboration with relevant partners.
Review overstock inventory and suggest improvements to listings for SportsPursuit and Amazon.
Team & Resource Management
Oversee and support student assistants, including task assignment, scheduling, and mentoring.
Our ideal candidate possesses a strong mix of technical skills, operational mindset, and interpersonal capabilities:
Strong Excel Skills: Proficient in Excel for data analysis, planning, and reporting. Experience with formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization is a plus.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and using digital tools and platforms. Interest in automation, systems optimization, or tech-driven processes is highly valued.
Structured & Analytical: Enjoys planning and working in a methodical way. Able to analyze data and processes to drive decision-making.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple priorities, maintain structure, and focus on both the big picture and critical details.
Collaborative Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Weekly working hours: Full time
Location: Copenhagen Holmen, at Talent Garden Rainmaking (great office atmosphere)
