BirdsatFive · Copenhagen · Part-time Student Position (with Internship option)
Danish or English
At Birdie, we’re on a mission to fix the biggest issue in AI-powered B2B marketing: bad input leads to bad output.
We’re building Birdie — a platform that structures all of a company’s go-to-market knowledge and gives teams smart AI tools to execute faster, stay on-strategy, and scale campaigns with confidence.
Instead of asking marketers to become prompt engineers, Birdie gives them a clean interface, built on validated data, smart templates, and AI apps that just work.
As our student assistant (with the option of transitioning into a full-time internship) in design & frontend, you’ll help bring that interface to life — turning ideas into working design systems and real product features. This is a unique chance to see your work move directly into a platform already used by real companies.
We’re looking for a motivated student to own our Figma design system and also help implement those designs in the frontend. You’ll work closely with the founders and developers to keep Birdie’s design sharp, consistent, and functional — and then see it through to actual implementation.
This is a part-time student role, with the possibility to expand into a full-time internship if it’s a good fit.
Own and update our Figma design files (components, flows, layouts, etc.)
Translate wireframes and ideas into clean, functional designs
Contribute to frontend development (React/TypeScript) to bring designs into production
Keep the design system consistent and easy for developers to work with
Collaborate across design, product, and engineering in a small, ambitious team
Support smaller design/communication tasks like website updates
Strong skills in Figma — you can create and update components with confidence
Basic experience in frontend programming (React, HTML/CSS, or TypeScript)
Detail-oriented and fast-moving — you can handle quick iterations
Excited about working in a startup where your work ships fast
Eager to learn
Curiosity about marketing & SEO — chance to learn directly from the team
Experience with design systems or style guides
Interest in bridging design and development as a career path
You’ll own design and have an impact on implementation — not just one or the other
Your work will go directly into a platform already used by B2B teams
Get real-world experience in turning design into a live product
Work closely with founders, developers, and a tight startup team
