We’re now looking for a Customer Success Manager to strengthen how we deliver value to our customers, and to drive commercial growth through hands-on expansion and new sales. You’ll be part of the Commercial team and report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
The Opportunity: Build Relationships, Deliver Value
This is a hands-on commercial role with real responsibility. You’ll be the point of contact for our customers, across onboarding, adoption, retention and growth.
Our customers include professional users such as accountants, bank advisors, and SME leaders. Your job is to make sure they succeed with Crediwire, through proactive support, clear guidance and commercial dialogue.
What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Success & Activation
Onboard new customers and ensure fast time-to-value
Guide users through best practices, flows and relevant use cases
Deliver structured, proactive follow-ups that drive engagement
Track usage and help customers unlock full value over time
Be a trusted contact person for the customer, from day one and onward
Account Growth & Expansion
Identify and act on expand opportunities based on value delivered
Manage renewals and increase account value over time
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with Commercial, Product and Development teams
Coordinate internally when issues or requests arise
Ensure all communication is clear, professional and customer-focused
Share learnings, feedback and account status internally as needed
Who You Are
You’re structured, proactive and commercially minded. You don’t wait to be asked, you see what needs to be done and you act. You enjoy building trust with customers, and you understand how to turn relationships into results.
You’re comfortable working with professional customers like accountants, financial controllers and bank advisors, and you know how to match their expectations for clarity, precision and reliability.
Excellent communicator, in Danish and English
Curious about how people work and what they need
Clear, calm and consistent in your approach
Experienced in Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS or FinTech
