We're a tech company in the event industry. From ticketing to check-in, we help organizers create successful, sustainable, and smooth-running events. We're young, driven, and growing fast – and we're building a company we genuinely want to work in.
We're looking for a hands-on UX/UI Product Designer who can translate real-world needs into practical, usable designs. This isn't a theoretical role — you'll be on-site with users, gathering input, and turning insights into tangible solutions the tech team can build. Our product is an event check-in solution, and it's critical for us that the physical experience is seamlessly integrated to the digital experience. You'll collaborate closely with our customer success and product team to deliver solutions that make the product better every single day.
Design usable, practical product solutions — not just concepts
Actively gather inputs from users on-site and internally
Conduct interviews with organisers to understand real-world problems and propose innovative solutions
Collate insights with the customer success team to drive product decisions
Lead design of the complete digital-physical product experience and brand presentation (event prep, badge printers, check-in, packaging, unboxing)
Ensure timely delivery of digital information to fuel organiser confidence
Translate user needs into wireframes, mockups, and final designs
Lead stakeholder meetings to keep team members engaged in the design process
Create clear, implementable specs for the tech team
Within 30 days: You've shadowed users, mapped pain points, and delivered first design improvements
Within 3 months: You've shipped multiple design updates implemented into the live product
Within 6 months: You own the complete design flow from user input to delivery
You've built a design system ensuring consistent, practical, user-first products
Have 2–4 years of hands-on UX/UI design experience (in SaaS or product design)
Thrive on practicality — your designs aren't just pretty, they get built and used
Love being close to users and seeing your designs in action
Aren't afraid to push for information and clarity — both from users and internally
Can create strong, usable specs for developers and work smoothly with project managers
Iterate fast — test, refine, and re-design until the product feels seamless
Are curious, humble, and driven by ownership rather than titles
Believe in "done and shipped" over "perfect but theoretical"
Startup energy. Playful but ambitious. There’s beer in the fridge, emojis in Slack, and room to fail fast and bounce back quicker. We prefer action over perfection, and you’ll never be left alone without sparring or support.
Work is hybrid.
With 3 days in the office as a minimum. You can choose what works best (though you can expect to be in the office during onboarding).
Full-time
3 days/week in our Copenhagen HQ
Flexible hours
No Danish required
If this sounds like a place where you’d thrive, we’d love to hear from you. We’re excited to grow — and even more excited to do it with someone like you on board.
