We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive who thrives on taking deals from zero to close. This is not a “farm the inbound leads” role - you’ll be helping us build the full sales cycle, and iterating on the process to build the best-performing team in the industry. You’ll need B2B SaaS experience, a bias for action, and the drive to challenge how sales get done at Kiku.

Own the entire funnel: discovery → pitch → negotiation → close.
Based on a clear ICP - find, build new business, and grow accounts - outbound is part of the DNA here.
Shape and refine the sales process as we scale: playbooks, cadences, tooling, feedback loops.
Partner with Commercial Lead, Marketing, and Product to tighten GTM alignment.
Reach goals, exceed them, and help raise the bar for what great sales looks like at Kiku.
Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back into product and strategy.
Proven B2B sales experience: You can clearly show how you excelled and outperformed your peers.
Full-cycle sales skills: outbound prospecting, discovery, negotiation, closing.
Strong operator mindset: You don’t just sell, you improve the process behind it.
Ability to sell into mid-market and enterprise (bonus if you’ve sold HR tech or AI solutions).
Comfort in high-velocity environments: ambiguity doesn’t faze you; it motivates you.
Action over talk: you don’t wait for perfect decks, you make things happen.
