About the Position 🚀

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Customer Delivery team. In this role, you will work on customer solution delivery, helping to deploy FLEXECHARGE’s HARMON-E platform to customers. You will report directly to the Department Lead.

The ideal candidate has a solid technical background, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and enjoys customer-facing delivery.

What you’ll do ⚡

Technical Project Management

🔬 Prepare and deliver lab tests and pilot projects based on customer needs and infrastructure.

🤝 Serve as the main technical contact for customers during the onboarding phase.

📊 Plan, execute, and track technical projects with customers, ensuring timely delivery and high satisfaction.

🧩 Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across multiple domains (Sales, Product, Engineering, Support).

📝 Support technical pre-sales and piloting with documentation, demos, and technical deep dives.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

🌱 Stay up to date with e-mobility and energy system innovations.

💡 Provide structured feedback to product and development teams based on customer needs and market trends.

🔄 Actively contribute to FLEXECHARGE’s ongoing product evolution and strategic roadmap.

What we’re looking for 🔍

Education 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Energy Systems, or similar.

Experience 2–3 years of experience in technical project management, technical pre-sales, or similar roles. ⚡ Experience with EVs or the charging industry is a plus. 🛠️ Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira).

Languages 🌍 Proficiency in English required; German is a plus.

Soft Skills 📅 Organised, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a hands-on startup mindset.

🤝 Skilled in cross-functional coordination and project management methods.

🔧 Able to manage both external implementation projects and internal development efforts.

🗣️ Strong communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

Interests 🚗⚡ Interest in EV charging technologies and stacks is a plus.
