Salary Competitive

It’s an exciting time to join Tactile. We're a diverse team of storytellers, puzzle enthusiasts and casual mobile game creators. Our story began in 2008 in the heart of beautiful Copenhagen, and since then we have experienced continuous growth, establishing ourselves as one of the largest gaming companies in Denmark. In more recent years, we have been scaling fast, in big part thanks to the success of a little game called Lily’s Garden. Now we’re on a mission to solidify our position as one of the leaders in creating out-of-the-ordinary casual puzzle games.

With more than 350 talented individuals, we are a mix of over 55 nationalities and 43% women. We truly appreciate the richness of different experiences and perspectives that Tactilers bring to the game. This is why we foster a lean organisational culture, in which each individual is encouraged to take responsibility, be open and grow in their own way. We pride ourselves in cultivating a studio environment that stays away from crunch, that fosters your skills no matter what your discipline is, and one that gives you a place to be creative alongside other passionate and invested storytellers.

๐Ÿš€ Your role & impact:

Hej and hello! ๐Ÿ‘‹

If you’re reading this, we’re guessing you are a People Partner who is passionate about people and taking part in building exceptional workplaces. We’re thrilled you’re here ๐Ÿ’œ

Our Talent & Culture team is not your traditional ‘HR’ team. To us, people partnering goes beyond enforcing rigid structures and strict policies - we play a vital part in empowering our Tactilers to make a real impact! We do so by partnering with our team leads and individual Tactilers to support their growth and facilitate better decision making, so that everyone is set up for success.

You’re probably wondering what it’s like to work with us? Well, we like to call ourselves ‘Playful Professionals’ - we take our work seriously, but not ourselves. Trust is at the foundation of everything we do. We are an endless mine of ideas (which rarely remain just thoughts and often transfer into action plans), we love to learn and share knowledge with each other, and we always think about how Tactile can become an even better place to work. So, if you’re nodding your head enthusiastically when reading this, you will probably love it here!

Besides ensuring that the wheel keeps turning, we try to keep things agile within our team, matching the lean and flat structure we have at Tactile. Our mindset is not “One size fits all”, but more “Off the shelf”, which is reflected in the initiatives we run, and to mention just a few: “horizontal” Learning & Development initiatives, Tactile Bootcamps, Team Lead Knowledge Sharing sessions, Book Clubs, and loads more. If you are already thinking about the next initiative we could run, you might be our missing piece! ๐Ÿงฉ

๐Ÿ“ We’d just like to clarify that this is a full-time, on-site position based in Copenhagen. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer relocation support for this role.

  • Act as a sounding board and safe space for Tactilers navigating challenges

๐Ÿ—‚ Admin & Operations: Keeping the wheels turning

  • Maintain and update our internal guidelines and documentation
  • Participate in and help shape our team’s quarterly goals as well as company-wide initiatives

What we're looking for:

  • A strong track record in a People Partner or HR Business Partner role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment (bonus points if it's within tech or creative industries)
