We’re building an AI-powered insurance platform and app that helps people truly understand, compare, and optimise their policies with complete transparency, enabling them to speak directly to their policies instead of dealing with insurance sales reps. Our mission is to make insurance simple, fair, and accessible for everyone.

We’re now assembling the founding team, the group that will take this from zero to one. This is not a standard job ad. We’re seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial builders who want to shape the product, the company, and the culture from the very beginning. You will collaborate with an experienced group of serial entrepreneurs and technology experts who have experience founding, building, and scaling both B2B and B2C focused technology companies. 


Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking five key roles to complete the founding team:

Backend Engineer

  • Develop a robust and scalable backend to securely handle sensitive financial and personal data.

  • Set the foundation for integrations with insurers, banks, and third-party APIs.

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and security best practices is a plus.

Data Engineer

  • Design and maintain pipelines to structure, anonymise, and enrich policy data.

  • Ensure we can scale from small datasets to millions of records.

  • Experience with ML/AI/NLP pipelines. Experience with recommendation engines and Retrieval-Augmented Generation is a plus.

Mobile Developer (iOS & Android)

  • Build and optimise a native or cross-platform mobile app (React Native, Swift/Kotlin).

  • Work closely with the backend team to ensure smooth API integrations.

  • Optimise for speed, security, and scalability.

UX & UI Designer

  • Craft a product that feels human and simple, even when the data behind it is complex.

  • Own the whole user journey from first tap to ongoing engagement.

  • Experience designing consumer-facing apps.

Brand Designer

  • Shape the visual identity and storytelling of the company from the ground up.

  • Create a brand that strikes a balance between trust, accessibility, and innovation.

  • Experience building brands for B2C products, especially in regulated industries, is a plus.

How we’re working (for now)

We are not raising external funding until we have a live MVP and early user traction. This is a strategic choice to build with focus and integrity before involving investors.

All roles are currently unpaid and equity-only. We are upfront about this because we value your time and want to ensure clarity. Equity will be distributed based on the level of involvement and responsibility. Early team members will be the first to secure salaried roles when we raise capital.

We fully understand this won’t be a fit for everyone, and we appreciate your honesty if the setup isn’t correct for you.

Location & Application

Remote work is fine, but there are also co-working opportunities. We’d prefer it if you were based in Copenhagen; we believe spending time together is essential when we want to move fast.
