As Paid Search Manager, you’ll own the strategy, activation, and optimization of search to scale profitable growth across Google and Amazon. You’ll manage budgets and bidding to ROAS/CPA targets and turn results into crisp, actionable insights for stakeholders - operating in a hybrid setup with external partners while staying hands-on to brief, direct, and execute when needed.

Channel Management & Strategy
Develop and lead paid search strategy, by market, category, and SKU.
Lead keyword research and competitive analysis; structure for intent tiers (brand/non-brand/competitor/category) and lifecycle stages.
Own audience and bidding strategy to maximize efficient scale.
On Amazon Ads, run/oversee Sponsored Products/Brands/Display; harvest search terms, and manage negatives
Execution, Budgeting & Optimization
Run end-to-end SEM programs globally (QA, pacing, bid adjustments, feed hygiene) through a mix of agency and direct workflows.
Manage budgets and bids to ROAS/CPA targets; reallocate spend by market, device, audience, and product performance.
Monitor daily performance; diagnose shifts quickly (feed/product changes, competition, tracking) and implement corrective actions.
Reporting & Analysis
Translate performance into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders; hold partners to measurable outcomes.
Conduct campaign and funnel analysis to uncover growth levers across awareness, consideration, and conversion.
Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration
Collaborate with SEO on full-funnel search coverage (shared keyword universe, SERP strategy, content gaps).
Partner with Ecommerce on feed quality/landing pages; with Product on launch priorities; with Creative on asset roadmaps.
Coordinate day-to-day with external partners - setting direction, standards, and playbooks - while strengthening internal capability via reusable templates, SOPs, and knowledge sharing.
Proven experience owning paid search at scale across Google Ads (Search, Shopping/PMax, YouTube) and managing Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display) is a big plus, but not required
Expert in Google Sheets with the ability to build forecasts
Strong command of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, feed management, and structured testing.
Fluency with GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution; Amazon retail-readiness (content, stock, Buy Box) is a plus.
