In 8 years, we have grown to over Є12M ARR, operating over 450+ shared and private apartments in Denmark, Norway and Germany with over +1500 members (tenants) at any given time.
We are looking for a disciplined and experienced Head of Finance in Copenhagen to take over the responsibility of running the financial operations of the company. In this role you will be reporting to the CEO responsible for a team of 3+ employees ensuring the profitability of LifeX- including payment collection, budgeting and payroll. In addition, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and recommendations to the executive team, as well as managing relationships with external partners and stakeholders financial team. It is important you have prior real estate experience preferably in property management.
Lead international finance operations- managing and developing 3+ employees
Own, define and manage finance KPIs to ensure efficient financial operations
Responsible for financial budgeting and forecasting, presenting to the board of directors
Overview of cash management and cash forecasting across legal entities
Ensure timely payment collection and guide company towards high margins MOM
Align and enforce financial requirements and internal financial processes across teams
Responsible for accounting, audits, tax filing and payroll in DK, NOR and DE
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities and accountants
Define and monitor intercompany reconciliation KPIs to ensure timely and accurate month-end closings
Guide in lawyer cases and contract reviews/QA - employees, suppliers, real estate partners, customers
Ensure VAT compliance and Transfer pricing
Implement AI and technology automation in our financial processes

You are naturally disciplined and can set up tech automation in financial processes
Previous experience running payroll, budgeting and auditing in Denmark is a must
Have +5 years experience in senior Finance role, Germany and Scandinavia is a plus
A leader who can set processes, guide a team and cross collaborate with remote teams
Experience in the real estate, property management or hospitality preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience with financial ERP system- E-conomic and pay-roll system- Danløn is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills having used cross platforms like slack and gmail
Experience with German regulations is a plus
