Technology stack

Power BI is at the heart of what we do - from data modelling and DAX to compelling visualizations that drive decisions. We embrace Microsoft Fabric as the unified platform where Power BI is evolving, leveraging its integrated capabilities. Our work spans the full Microsoft BI ecosystem including SQL Server, Analysis Services, and Azure data platforms. We connect to any data source our clients need - from simple spreadsheets and SharePoint lists to complex ERP systems, CRM platforms, POS solutions, and custom APIs.

In this role, you will

As our Business Intelligence Consultant, you will drive the full project lifecycle from business scope to analysis and implementation. This is a role where you become the trusted advisor for our clients, helping them transform their business through data-driven insights and intelligent BI solutions.

• Drive customer analysis and develop business cases with clear value propositions

• Lead and participate in BI implementation projects including business sparring, project coordination, and user training

• Ensure all solutions follow best practices and deliver real business value

• Work with clients ranging from new Power BI implementations to complex data platform migrations

• Take ownership of your projects while collaborating with colleagues

• Contribute to a culture of high professional standards and knowledge sharing

• Design, test, and validate data models and dashboards to ensure quality delivery

• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical possibilities across the Microsoft data stack

What do we expect?

We need someone who combines deep BI expertise with strong business acumen. You should be comfortable adapting to different client environments while maintaining a professional and service-minded approach.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI and data visualization

• Proven track record implementing BI solutions from data modelling to dashboard delivery

• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data warehouse architectures

• Understanding of business processes and how data drives decision-making

• Experience driving projects and ensuring successful deliveries

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to translate between business and technical language

• Proactive communication style with attention to detail

• Based in Denmark with the ability to work from our Copenhagen office

• Strong communication skills in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian) - essential for client-facing aspects of this role

• Experience with other BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker)

• Knowledge of advanced analytics and AI

• Microsoft certifications in data and analytics
