We’re looking for a Head of Membership Growth - someone to help us fill our pipeline with high-quality leads, build relationships, and book qualified sales meetings for the founder to close.
You’ll work directly with Patrick (our founder) and act as the engine behind CoHo’s next wave of growth.
This is not a passive sales admin role.. We want someone who knows how to prospect, loves connecting with people, and wants to be part of something bigger!
🎯 Outbound prospecting to CoHo’s ICP (fast-growing Danish brands)
📬 Smart, value-driven outreach via LinkedIn, email & networks
💬 Building warm relationships — getting CoHo into the right conversations
🗓 Booking qualified meetings for the founder to close
🔁 Improving our CRM and pipeline systems
🔍 Researching and targeting ideal accounts
📈 Tracking outreach and weekly lead KPIs
🤝 Representing CoHo with confidence, energy, and strategic insight
Speaks fluent Danish and English
Has 2–5+ years experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
Has B2B experience, ideally selling services, SaaS, or agency-style offerings
Has a strong LinkedIn presence and network in Denmark (especially startup / scaleup scene)
Is proactive, hungry, structured - and can make things happen without hand-holding
Knows how to use or build a CRM (Trello, Folk etc)
Gets how to do outreach with class - no spam, but real connection
Have worked in marketing, creative, or SaaS industries
Have booked meetings for a founder or C-level before
Want to grow into a Head of Sales or Commercial Lead role
Know how to turn cold leads into loyal fans
Compensation
Competitive base salary (based on experience)
Commission per booked & closed member (up to 10–15%)
