At Tandem, we build digital solutions and business intelligence that bridge the gap between strategy and operations. We believe data should work for everyone - from those who dive deep into databases to end user who needs clear insights to make decisions.
We are a boutique consultancy with the capabilities to handle complexity at scale. Our solutions are built around our clients and intended for use - not just technically sound, but crafted with the end-user in mind. We merge technical expertise with commercial know-how, taking the time to understand both the challenge and the people facing it.
We work with the Microsoft stack at its core, but we are pragmatic - we use the right tools where they make sense. Our foundation includes SQL, Power BI, and the Azure ecosystem - from Data Factory to Synapse Analytics, Databricks to Fabric. We build custom solutions when needed, but if the right tool already exists off the shelf, we use that instead.
As our Partner and Head of Data & Analytics, you will shape how we approach data architecture and strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will build the practice while creating the solutions that drive real business impact.

While not required, these additional skills would help you hit the ground running. We value diverse experience and perspectives that can strengthen our offerings.
