At Monotree we’re building scalable solutions that align product, marketing, and sales to accelerate growth. We’re looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer to help us streamline and optimize how we go to market.
As a GTM Engineer, you will take ownership of our technical GTM stack—primarily Clay, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Ads—to build, automate, and optimize workflows that drive measurable impact. You’ll work directly with the CEO and regional managers to ensure alignment across teams, translating strategy into scalable systems that support growth.
Design, implement, and optimize workflows and automations across Clay, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Ads.
Partner with the CEO and regional managers to align product, marketing, and sales execution.
Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and actionable insights across GTM tools.
Experiment with and integrate AI-driven approaches to improve efficiency and results.
Balance technical problem-solving with business needs to deliver clear, usable solutions.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, sales processes, and/or AI tools (preferred).
Familiarity with Clay and LinkedIn Ads is a strong plus.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
