I'll tell you. Growing from having our hardware product from 1 to 50 countries over two years, we're on a really exciting journey – and we want you to be a part of it!
We're a tech company in the event industry. From ticketing to check-in, we help organizers create successful, sustainable, and smooth-running events. We're young, driven, and growing fast – and we're building a company we genuinely want to work in.
We're looking for a project manager who makes things happen—someone who rallies our product development team and connects them with the whole organisation to deliver amazing products for event organisers. You'll be the person who owns deadlines, ensures rigorous solution validation, and has that rare ability to get humans genuinely excited about achieving great things together. This role is for someone who thrives on responsibility, loves leading people, and gets energized by turning ambitious goals into reality.
Lead sprint management and keep the development team focused on delivery
Facilitate design reviews and stakeholder alignment sessions before development begins
Own validation checkpoints to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested before implementation
Drive sessions where the team challenges and strengthens proposed solutions
Coordinate cross-organisational feedback and ensure all voices are heard
Manage quality assurance processes and ensuring every element is delivered—from documentation to GDPR or security compliance
Rally the team around ambitious goals and maintain momentum through challenges
Every solution has been thoroughly deliberated and validated before development starts
Stakeholders consistently align on proposals because you've facilitated the right conversations
The team delivers on time because problems were identified and solved upfront
Event organisers get features quickly that genuinely solve their real problems
Have managed projects in small or medium size organisations and understand stakeholder dynamics
Excel at facilitating design reviews, specification reviews, and solution validation processes
Are a natural people person who energises teams through rigorous planning
Take ownership of deadlines and believe prevention beats firefighting
Are based in Copenhagen and excited to be in the office minimum 3 days per week
Care deeply about building products that event organisers actually need
We keep things warm, honest, and human. We don't care about titles—we care about how you show up. Everyone here owns their area, gets their hands dirty, and supports each other. Beer in the fridge, real impact on the table.
