Donkey Republic is looking for an HR Business Partner located in our HQ in Copenhagen. We are a Danish purpose-driven company, operating a fleet of 22,000+ bicycles, serving 1m+ customers in 70+ locations in Europe. Drive, maintain, and professionalize core HR competencies and processes for our HQ and Danish organization.
Coordinate and support HR processes for our local operations outside Denmark.
Act as a senior counterpart to our current HR Generalist.
Process Automation & Improvement: Lead the ongoing redesign of HR processes to improve accuracy and efficiency, with a key focus on automation.
HR Project Execution: Independently or in collaboration with a senior leader, drive and execute HR projects, including designing processes for:
Onboarding/Offboarding
Data Management & Tooling
People Development & Employee Experience
Develop yearly HR cycle
Employee Lifecycle & Support: Provide strategic guidance and oversight on the employee lifecycle. Act as a go-to person for complex employee matters and legal questions.
Documentation & Data Integrity: Oversee all HQ employee documentation and ensure data accuracy in all systems.
Policy & Compliance: Keep people policies and procedures up-to-date with local laws and develop them as needed.
Internal Communication: Create, update, and coordinate internal communications to support and streamline HR initiatives.
Tooling: Own decisions on HR tooling (HRIS, Information Systems, Employee Experience) and their implementation.
Hiring & workforce planning: Support on recruitment and workforce planning aligned with the forecasting business needs.
Support the HR Generalist with office operations and social events as needed.
Provide ad hoc support on building and executing people-related initiatives.
Conduct ad hoc audits of HR software tool ecosystems.
Proven experience in an HR role, with a strong focus on HR operations and project management.
Professional working proficiency in English and Danish and strong knowledge of Danish labor law and regulations.
Demonstrated ability to professionalize and improve HR processes, with a key focus on automation.
Experience in collaborating with management to drive and execute HR initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using and implementing HR systems and tools.
