Founder’s Associate at Kiku

At Kiku, we’re building the first automation platform for frontline hiring — the 80% of the global workforce that keeps society running. We’ve just raised a substantial seed round led by Cherry Ventures, PSV, Yellow, and top European angels. Now we’re scaling.

As Founder’s Associate, you’ll work on projects that cut across every part of the business. You’ll:

• Research competitors, markets, and compliance topics.

• Capture and structure insights from customer, investor, and strategy calls.

• Take on critical projects across operations, product, and growth.

What makes this role unique is the access. You’ll sit in on the toughest decisions, the big investor conversations, the customer sessions that shape our product, and the everyday challenges of building a company from the ground up. You’ll see the reality of how startups are built — not in theory, but in practice.

It’s 20 hours per week, based in our Copenhagen office, working directly with me (Eric, CEO) and Rasmus (CTO).
