Our mission is to make finding your next rental a seamless and positive experience. We believe starting a new chapter in life should feel exciting, not stressful.

We’re building a rental marketplace that makes it seamless to find your next home and move in. Beyond listings, our platform integrates directly with service partners such as utilities, internet, insurance, and moving providers, so tenants can handle everything in one place, while landlords benefit from a faster, more streamlined rental process.

We’re early-stage, backed by experienced real estate operators, and we’re looking for our first technical hire to help shape both the product and the company.

The Role

As our Founding Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll:

• Take ownership of the entire tech stack (React frontend + backend).

• Build and ship core marketplace features:

  • Landlord/tenant onboarding

  • Listings & search filters

  • In-app messaging

  • Service partner integrations (APIs for utilities, insurance, moving, payments).

• Work closely with the founder to shape product roadmap and make architectural decisions.

• Set the foundation for scalability, security, and data privacy as we grow across markets.

• Have the opportunity to grow into a CTO role as we scale the team.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience as a full-stack developer (or similar).

• Strong skills in React (frontend).

• Experience with modern backend frameworks, ideally:

  • Node.js (Express, Nest.js) → preferred

  • PHP (Laravel, Symfony)

  • Python (Django, FastAPI)

• Solid understanding of relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, etc.).

• Comfortable owning features end-to-end, from concept to deployment.

• Entrepreneurial mindset — you like moving fast, shipping MVPs, and iterating.

• Bonus: Experience with marketplaces, prop-tech, or API integrations.
