Responsibilities:
The position will be a 6-month internship ( 37,5 hours) based in our Copenhagen office. As an operations intern, you will be assisting the service manager in Denmark in a wide variety of tasks, which can include the following:
Manage ongoing operations issues and communication with members
Contacting landlords and technicians regarding tasks in our apartments and arranging appointments.
Notifying members of any updates relevant to their apartment/building via our property management system.
Assisting the service managers with projects such as linen inventory, inspections, restock, and more.
Assisting the maintenance team with issues surrounding move-ins/move-outs, deliveries, and more.
Assisting the service managers/ interior design team with the setup of new apartments.
Who you are:
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or current student in fields related to operations management, property management, or hospitality, looking to gain experience to kickstart their career. Skills we are looking for are the following:
You are able to multitask and manage multiple communication channels
You are someone with high attention to detail
You take pride in making others feel welcome
You enjoy hands-on work and thrive on solving different tasks
You have a distinct sense of order and responsibility
You have a ‘can-do’ attitude combined with a practical approach to tasks at hand
You are fluent in English, both written and verbal
Danish skills are a plus, but not a necessity
Able to bike between our various apartments via e-bike
