We’re bringing Folks to Aarhus, and we’re looking for the person who will make it happen. As our Lead, you’ll be the first hire in Aarhus, responsible for building our business from the ground up: winning new clients, running daily operations, and making sure our customers and employees thrive.

This isn’t just a job. It’s a chance to own a city launch, grow into a leadership role, and help create meaningful employment opportunities for people who often don’t get the chance.

What you’ll do

• Take full ownership of Aarhus: sales, operations, customer success, and the operations team

• Build and grow our client base through sales, networking, and partnerships.

• Support and develop our employees locally, making sure they succeed and feel part of Folks.

• Ensure smooth daily operations: onboarding, problem-solving, and service quality.

• Represent Folks in Aarhus and help shape our reputation in the city.

  
  

Who you are

• Entrepreneurial and self-driven, you thrive on responsibility and making things happen.

• Strong communicator, you build trust easily with clients, partners, and employees.

• Commercial mindset with a hands-on approach, you’re just as comfortable in a client meeting as solving an operational challenge.

• You have experience in sales, operations, and customer success (but your drive and adaptability matter most).

• Based in Aarhus and excited about the chance to launch and lead.

You should be based in Aarhus, and strong Danish language skills are a clear advantage. We especially value experience from the service and hospitality industry. Since this is an on-site role (not hybrid), it’s important that you’re with the team on a daily basis. The role comes with a lot of freedom, but also the responsibility to take ownership and make things happen.
