The Quest

As Product Manager for our Post-Purchase & Loyalty Team, you'll be the architect of delight after the "buy" button is clicked. From order confirmations to loyalty rewards, you'll ensure every touchpoint strengthens the bond between Hobbii and our crafting community. Your mission: transform one-time buyers into devoted Hobsters who can't wait to share their next creation! đź’ť

This role covers the full scope of the post-purchase journey – giving you the autonomy to shape both the strategy and the execution, from the very first confirmation email to long-term loyalty engagement. You’ll have the flexibility to test, learn, and adapt, with room to bring your own ideas to life

The Road Ahead

  • Own the entire community & loyalty experience strategy - from order tracking to loyalty program optimization across web and apps

  • Own the roadmap for our Creators & Designers communities

  • Design and execute retention initiatives that increase customer lifetime value

  • Work with our MyHobbii membership program to develop compelling loyalty experiences.

  • Use data insights to identify friction points and craft smoother customer journeys

  • Actively work with the Product Managers to establish and improve our Product habits. Including experimentation, customer interviews and feedback loops. 

  • Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to bring delightful experiences to life


Your Mastery

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re driven by seeing the tangible results of your work, enjoy connecting the dots between customer insights and business outcomes, and value working in a setting where collaboration is as important as precision. We welcome applicants of all genders, backgrounds, and life stages – what matters most is your passion for creating meaningful customer experiences

  • 5-8+ years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce or subscription models

  • Deep understanding of customer retention, loyalty programs, and post-purchase optimization

  • Experience with A/B testing, analytics tools, and data-driven decision making

  • Knowledge of email marketing, CRM systems, and customer lifecycle management

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable product strategies

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
