With over 600,000 followers worldwide and strong momentum in markets like Japan, the US, and Europe, we’re now hiring a Paid Social Specialist to help scale our growth across Meta, TikTok, and Google- at the intersection of creativity, performance, and platform expertise.

We’re hiring a Paid Social Specialist who:
Has 1–3 years of experience running Paid Social (agency, D2C brand, freelancer or similar)
Knows how to launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google (YouTube/Search)
Understands what drives performance - from creative hooks to conversion journeys
Is fluent in key metrics like ROAS, CAC, CLV, CVR
Has strong instincts for content virality and what makes a great ad scroll-stopping
Collaborates cross-functionally with content, influencer, and lifecycle teams
Can work hands-on in platforms while also thinking strategically about growth
Own execution across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads - both always-on and drop-based campaigns
Launch weekly creative tests (new hooks, formats, segments) and double down on winners
Partner with the content team to surface high-performing organic content for paid
Monitor performance daily and flag optimization opportunities by asset, audience, or funnel
Report KPIs with clarity — you know what worked, what didn’t, and what’s next
Collaborate with lifecycle and landing page teams for cohesive funnel performance
Align paid content with UGC, creator posts, and product launches
Maintain a basic understanding of ad tracking — pixels, UTMs, attribution signals
1–3 years of Paid Social experience in a performance role
Experience using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
Ability to use creative as a lever — from UGC to high-concept edits
Strong analytical ability and fluency in performance KPIs
Clear opinions on hooks, formats, and what makes content work
Strong ownership mindset with a test-and-iterate approach
Experience with Klaviyo or lifecycle flows
Knowledge about Creative Analysis tools (Foreplay, Motion or Magicbrief).
Familiarity with international targeting (especially Japan or US)
Past collaboration with creators or UGC workflows
