Digital Marketing Specialists

Langkilde & Søn is Purveyor to the Royal Danish Court and the oldest flag manufacturer in Denmark. We’re growing – and planning to grow even more. That’s why we’re now looking for digital marketing specialists to help us expand our Norwegian and Swedish webshops.

We sell a lifestyle where quality outweighs quantity. Our core products include tablecloths, napkins, and flags – all rooted in life’s big and small moments:  birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, grandma’s visit… all of life’s celebrations.

Our mission is to be present across the Nordic countries with high-quality products – as a sustainable alternative to paper and plastic. Now it’s time to grow in Norway and Sweden.

Who are you?

You already have a couple of years of experience working professionally with e-commerce – and now you're ready for more responsibility. You're fluent in the most common tools and know your way around them with ease. In addition to your technical skills, you have a strong grasp of performance marketing and customer journeys, and you approach your work analytically and data-driven – always with an eye for brand identity and aesthetics.

You bring great energy and love seeing things launched fast. You speak and write fluent Norwegian or Swedish.

You will be responsible for, among other things:

• Taking full responsibility for your “own” country

• Lead generation and email flows across all 3 markets

• Ensuring seamless integration between webshop, ads, and newsletters

• Developing lead campaigns (e.g., Meta Lead Ads, pop-ups, giveaways)

• Coordinating performance marketing together with our in-house SoMe manager and external agency

• Creating content and SEO-optimized texts in your native language

• Supporting customer service in your language during busy periods

We’ll be over the moon if you also:

• Have experience with Google Ads and Shopping Ads – and are curious about the latest trends

• Are comfortable with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Klaviyo

• Enjoy working in a small but ambitious company on a growth journey (and yes, we love our shared coffee and lunch breaks)

You’ll be working at our cozy office in Herlev with a team of about 9–10 colleges. Remote work is possible, but we prefer candidates who are present at the office. The position requires a minimum of 15 hours per week with the possibility of full-time employment.
