To keep our company running at peak speed and set us up for rapid growth for the future we’re looking for a Finance & Administration Manager. This role is a core operational pillar at Doublepoint, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting strategic fundraising efforts, and fostering an outstanding team culture.
As Finance & Administration Manager, your primary responsibility is operational. You will own the systems, processes, and culture that keep Doublepoint running, while acting as a bridge between leadership, teams, and external partners.
Operations & Administration
Own payroll processing, invoicing, and expenses
Oversee event logistics and planning
Maintain internal tools, office operations, and logistics
Support legal and compliance requirements.
People & Culture
Lead company culture initiatives, team satisfaction surveys, and offsite planning.
Onboard new hires and coordinate HR processes.
Act as a go-to person for internal team support and well-being.
Fundraising & Strategic Support
Contribute to grant and funding applications as well as investor updates.
Prepare materials and coordinate for funding rounds
Liaise with accelerators, partners, and other external stakeholders.
Cross-Team Enablement
Identify blockers and provide logistical or coordination support to any team.
Improve operational processes to increase speed and clarity.
Act as a bridge between product/engineering and leadership for operational needs.
Lead ad-hoc projects that drive company efficiency.
Proven experience in finance, administration, or operations (startup experience a plus).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High emotional intelligence and ability to work cross-functionally.
Proficiency with finance tools and productivity suites.
Comfort managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.
Experience with grant applications and investor reporting.
Experience coordinating events.
Understanding of startup fundraising processes.
Experience with Finnish legal entities
High agency, takes ownership of challenges and drives them to resolution.
Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Adaptable to both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Collaborative communicator who can work with technical and non-technical teams.
Proactive problem solver with a focus on enabling others.
The time commitment for this role varies between 10-40h per week
The role starts as soon as a suitable candidate is found
Must be able to visit office in Helsinki
