At Lifebonder, we’re on a mission to break social media addiction, fake personas, cyber-bullying, cancel culture, and loneliness by providing a Mesaverse that lives up to the promise of what social media can be: A safe place to facilitate human connections rather than replace them.
We want to make the world a better place by filling a growing need for direct socializing outside social media - connecting people in friendships that are human, profound, and meaningful. LifeBonder makes it easy for people to connect in a deeper reality through shared spaces, values, and goals because our vision is to build social bonds in real life.
Are you passionate about building real human connection and helping people find their tribe offline? We’re looking for energetic, creative and hands-on people magnets to bring our mission to life by planning, organising and executing meaningful in-person events in Copenhagen.
You’ll handle everything from venue scouting, logistics and start to finish planning, including guest coordination and on the ground delivery. This role is perfect for someone highly organised and self-led who thrives in dynamic environments and loves bringing people together through thoughtfully designed experiences!
Please note this is an UNPAID volunteer opportunity.
Plan, organise and execute community events in Copenhagen that spark real-life connection—anything and everything from cozy coffee meetups, to nature walks, to inspiring workshops and presentations with expert speakers, to larger social gatherings and networking mixers (with potential to expand to other Scandinavian cities in the future)
Be the face of our mission in your city by promoting in-person participation, encouraging connection, and creating a welcoming atmosphere at our events
Work alongside fellow Event Coordinators to share ideas and align efforts, liaise with our guest speakers and collaborate with our Marketing Team to ensure your events are well-promoted and on-brand.
Create space for people to be seen, heard, and truly connected in our city
Advocate for our mission to build meaningful offline communities and reduce reliance on social media
You’re a natural networker who thrives on collaboration and is confident taking ownership of individual events while working closely with the Events Lead to bring them to life
You’re self-led and a great communicator with strong self-management skills—forward-thinking, creative, able to develop and action ideas
You’re someone who believes deeply in our mission to build offline communities and push back against the isolating effects of social media.
You’re flexible with some evening/weekend availability
You’re based in Copenhagen and ideally familiar with the city’s venues, culture, and community dynamics
You want to be part of an ongoing journey, building momentum, impact, and growth together long-term
Experience with events is a bonus, but energy, initiative, and communication skills matter more!
Fluency in English is required; Danish or another Scandinavian language is a plus.
Join our team and help us create extraordinary experiences that strengthen human connections and make a meaningful impact!
We are a small team of endlessly dedicated entrepreneurs offering a fun and friendly work environment where everyone’s equal.
We offer real-world work experience and exciting challenges where you can be heard and make a difference.
