We’re building Francis – the FP&A platform for modern finance teams. While most businesses still rely on Excel to manage their finances, the next generation of finance teams at companies like Les Deux, ÅBEN, FemaleInvest, and hundreds more use Francis for consolidation, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering.
As our first dedicated commercial hire, you’ll help bring Francis to even more finance teams, working closely with a team that brings experience from McKinsey, MIT, and Microsoft. This is a hands-on role with plenty of autonomy, responsibility, learning, and real impact.
We’re a small team of four, working in-person from our office in Copenhagen. We move fast, aim for high quality, and keep bureaucracy to a minimum. Despite our size, we’re already serving 300+ companies and backed by top-tier Danish VCs; byFounders and PSV – the investors behind companies like Trustpilot, Lunar, and Lovable.
What you’ll do
As our first Commercial Associate, you’ll play a central role in bringing Francis to more finance teams. You’ll own outbound efforts, identifying high-potential prospects and outreach across channels.
You’ll dive deep into the workflows and challenges of modern finance teams to understand where Francis fits best. Through thoughtful discovery conversations, you’ll help prospects connect their needs to what Francis enables – and qualify whether we’re the right match.
You’ll also help drive early-stage sales processes, including quoting and commercial discussions, and work closely with the founders to improve how we sell, from refining messaging to testing new channels. As the voice of the customer, you’ll feed insights from the field back into our product and go-to-market strategy.
