About Cleardox:

At Cleardox, we’re rethinking how organisations manage sensitive and personal data. Our SaaS platform makes it simple to identify and anonymise documents, supporting legal and compliance teams in ensuring data privacy. We also offer the Cleardox Legal Binder, which automates the preparation of court documents for litigation.

As we scale across borders, we’re looking for a Senior Business Development Representative to help us bring our solutions to international clients – primarily across Europe and the United States. 


Your Role

As a key member of our commercial team, you'll work closely with the CEO, the Customer Success team, the Marketing team, and your fellow Sales colleagues to drive our international growth. You’ll be involved in both building relationships through outbound activities and capitalising on inbound interest.


Your responsibilities

  • Lead outreach to law firms, insurance companies, and public institutions outside Denmark.

  • Make ~15–20 targeted calls per day in the early phase; this number will fall as our inbound engine scales up.

  • Qualify and convert inbound leads generated by marketing.

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO, marketing, customer success, and sales colleagues to ensure a cohesive customer journey.

  • Shape and continuously improve our sales processes as we grow.

  • Take on increasing responsibility over time, potentially moving into a leadership role within the sales team.


What We’re Looking For

  • Solid B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS

  • Clear, confident communicator—spoken and written.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and structured way of working.

  • Collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn.

  • Fluency in English; fluency in Swedish, Dutch or Norwegian is a plus.

  • Hands‑on experience with HubSpot (or a similar CRM) is an advantage.
