👀 The Brand & Content

Our role at the Brand & Content team is to build and bring to life a trustworthy, distinct and consistent global brand around Ageras, generate awareness and engage with our different audiences (customers, partners, employees, etc) on our different levers (website, social media, influence, PR, etc) to help us grow.

To stay on course and achieve these goals, the team has been divided into four different streams: Press Relations & Communication ; Community & Content ; Global Brand Management and Creative Studio—which you will be part of.

📋 Your role as a Senior Brand Designer

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of creative challenges—from crafting compelling marketing visuals to refining our brand identity and ensuring a seamless digital experience for our users.

As part of the Brand Design team, you’ll collaborate with marketers, product designers, and developers to create high-impact visual assets that strengthen our brand’s presence. Whether you specialize in art direction, UX/UI, or brand execution, we’re eager to meet designers who bring both creative vision and technical expertise to the table.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute brand assets across multiple formats, ensuring consistency and visual excellence.
• Design marketing materials, website assets, and digital campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Create engaging visuals, from print collateral to motion graphics and social media assets.
• Contribute to the creative direction of campaigns
• Work with developers to optimize website UI and user experience.
• Mentor junior designers
• Monitor trends in Design and Branding
• Directing and defining photo and video style.

📍 Job located in Copenhagen, Berlin or Amsterdam, with possibility of two remote working days per week

🔎 About you

• Experience: A minimum of 4-5+ years in brand design & creative strategy with leadership experience, in a SaaS/tech environment.
• Brand Consistency: Strong ability to maintain cohesive branding across platforms.
• Creative & Digital Skills: Mastery of typography, color, composition, and layout.
• Content Versatility: Ability to create across formats (social media, web, in-app, print).
• Creative Direction: Leads projects, defines illustration/motion styles, and shapes visual storytelling.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Thrives in teamwork, enjoys mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Production & Art Direction: Experience working with photographers & videographers.
• Technical Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite & Figma (print & digital); motion design (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Growth & Curiosity: Stays ahead of trends in design, tech, and branding.
• Experience with responsive web design, and digital interfaces.
• Language: Full professional proficiency in English.
