We're seeking a passionated and results-oriented CMO with a understanding of the gaming landscape.
Me and my co-founder Jonathan has been using the last two years developing an automated gaming service for game server creation and management. Now we need people to help us push the product over the edge.
This role focuses on conceptualizing, planning, executing and optimizing the marketing aspect of SLASHPLAY.

Conceptualize High-Impact Ad Creative: Ideate engaging video and static ad creatives optimized for various social platforms and ad formats, specifically targeting a gaming audience.
Relevant Partnerships: Create bespoke content (videos, graphics, copy) for influencer marketing campaigns, brand collaborations, and sponsored placements, ensuring it aligns with both our brand and the partner's voice while meeting campaign goals.
Leverage Gaming Trends for Performance: Identify and strategically incorporate relevant gaming trends, memes, and cultural moments into paid and partnership content to boost relevance and performance.
A/B Test Creative Concepts: Develop variations of ad creatives (hooks, visuals, CTAs) to enable testing and optimization for better performance.
Stay Updated on Ad Formats & Best Practices: Keep abreast of the latest social media advertising features, formats, and creative best practices within the gaming niche.
Analyze Creative Performance (in collaboration): Understand basic performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA) related to your marketing campaigns and use insights to inform future content development.
Organic Content Support: Contribute to organic social media content strategy and execution as needed, ensuring brand voice consistency.
Gamer at Heart, Marketer in Mind: You deeply understand gaming culture and have a knack for creating content that drives action and achieves marketing objectives.
Proven Marketing Experience: You have a portfolio demonstrating your ability to create compelling marketing campaigns.
Social Platform Native: You understand the nuances of creating effective content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram (Reels/Stories), Facebook, YouTube, Reddit etc.
Direct Response Copywriting: Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive ad copy with effective calls-to-action.
Trend-Aware & Adaptable: You quickly identify relevant trends and can creatively adapt them for paid campaigns without feeling forced.
Collaborative & communicative: You can effectively translate marketing goals into creative output and work well with cross-functional teams.
Organized & Deadline-Oriented: You can manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

SEO Experience
Experience working directly on influencer marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with ad platform interfaces (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager etc) – understanding specs and placement needs.
