We’re looking for a Voice Developer with a passion for crafting reliable telephony experiences, and integrating cutting-edge voice technology into scalable software systems. To support our growth, we’re seeking a technically sharp and detail-oriented System Developer to join our team in Aarhus, with a strong focus on supporting and advancing our voice activities. If you're excited by SIP protocols, least cost routing, internal tooling and monitoring, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you might be exactly who we're looking for.
Founded in a garage in 2016 and now headquartered in the heart of Aarhus, Adversus is a fast-growing SaaS company with a talented team of +50 colleagues. We’ve established ourselves as a leading provider of cloud-based call center software, serving customers in more than 35 countries.
As our Voice Developer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our telephony stack. You’ll work closely with the rest of our engineering team to ensure our platform can continue to deliver excellent voice experiences for our customers. In addition to optimizing call flows, and maintaining robust integrations with telecom providers, you’ll also be heavily involved in building and maintaining the internal tools that power our voice operations - such as our engine for handling cost calculations and our internal UI interfaces for the continuous platform configuration. From implementing failover logic and monitoring voice quality metrics, balancing cost efficiency with excellent quality, you'll be instrumental in growing some of the core technologies that power the Adversus platform.
You have experience with VoIP technologies (SIP, RTP, WebRTC).
You're comfortable working with vendor APIs
You’re passionate about building reliable internal systems, from pricing engines to intuitive dashboards for number management.
You’re a proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to debug and diagnose network quality issues.
Familiar with linux servers and containerized deployments
You write clean, maintainable code and thrive in collaborative team environments.
You’re fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Design, build, and maintain voice and telephony features for our SaaS based platform.
Develop and maintain integrations with external telecom providers.
Build and enhance internal tools that support our voice operations, such as cost calculation engines and number configuration interfaces.
Monitor, analyze, and improve voice quality and reliability.
Collaborate with other developers, QA engineers, and DevOps to ensure high system performance.
Handle incident response related to voice features and support escalations.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
