To support our global growth, we are seeking a service-minded and tech-savvy Voice Supporter to join our team in Aarhus. We are looking for someone who thrives on solving problems, enjoys helping customers, and can confidently support both simple and complex voice-related issues.

What you will be doing

As our Voice Supporter, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and troubleshooting voice-related systems and integrations. You’ll work directly with customers to resolve issues related to VoIP, phone number orders, and call connectivity, while collaborating closely with our tech and support teams to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling and resolving voice-related support tickets and complaints with care and efficiency

  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to VoIP, SIP, and number connectivity

  • Monitoring and analyzing voice traffic to identify areas of improvement

  • Staying informed about regulatory changes and country-specific voice requirements

  • Managing and maintaining strong relationships with operators and customers

  • Guiding customers on technical matters in a clear and approachable manner

  • Ordering and canceling phone numbers (DIDs) based on usage, availability, and pricing
