Go Autonomous is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented student assistant to join our Administration team. This part-time role is ideal for someone currently studying a degree related to HR or administration, and who’s eager to gain hands-on experience in a growing tech company by contributing to the daily operations.
Working closely with our Administration team, which includes an Office Manager, Head of Finance, and VP of IT and Security, you will be the administrative octopus, assisting with tasks ranging from HR to Finance to IT to Operations. You will be able to grow and get increasing responsibilities as you progress

As a student assistant at Go Autonomous, you’ll be part of our Administration team, supporting a wide range of internal processes that help the company run smoothly. You’ll gain hands-on experience across HR, administration, and finance while working closely with different teams and stakeholders. The role is dynamic, with varied tasks that may change from week to week, offering both structure and the opportunity to take initiative.
Your responsibilities may include:
You will be the main point of contact for HR-related matters and play a central role in coordinating onboarding and off-boarding processes in collaboration with internal teams. This includes managing employment contracts, maintaining internal policies, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
You’ll also support management and key team members with various administrative tasks such as travel planning, expense management, and ad hoc assignments that arise in a fast-paced environment.
In addition, you'll assist our finance team with monthly closings, investor reporting, and other finance-related tasks as needed.
You’ll work closely with our VP of Security to help maintain internal compliance with security standards and GDPR requirements.
Finally, you’ll be responsible for keeping key internal resources such as contract templates and operational documentation up to date, ensuring our commercial team has what they need to operate efficiently.
This is a dynamic role with a variety of tasks and the opportunity to take on responsibility from day one. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule within regular office hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM) and be part of a collaborative, international team. The part-time role is estimated to be 15-20 Hours per week.
We’re looking for someone currently studying within HR, administration, or a similar field. Ideally you're at the master’s level or finishing the bachelor's. We seek someone fluent in Danish or English, have excellent communication skills, and a sharp eye for detail. You’re able to work independently, adapt quickly to new tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift day to day. You enjoy working with multiple teams, take initiative, and are eager to learn and grow in a supportive workplace.
