Donkey Republic is looking for an Account Manager for the German market. We are a Danish purpose-driven company, operating a fleet of 22,000+ bicycles, serving 1m+ customers in 70+ locations in Europe. We are working to provide flexible, affordable and sustainable transportation around the world - and we need you!
You will be joining a (kick-ass) international Account Management team, and work closely with our Head of AM.
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the day to day and long term relationship with our public and private business partners in Germany.
You will work closely with the Head of Accounts, Account Managers, our local Operations teams and the Business Development team in order to create local upsell opportunities, work on larger projects and make sure that a sustainable bike operation grows and flourishes in Europe.
You will also collaborate with the Marketing team in order to promote local marketing actions and events.
Analyzing data-dashboards and compiling data reports.
Replying to partners’ questions and coordinating requests.
Creating memberships and coupon codes in the backend.
Advising clients on how to grow with us.
Working with the Sales team in order to predict and foster upsells and contract renewals.
Facilitating bike and spare part delivery logistics.
Having an open ear for our partners' concerns and feedback.
Consulting on and coordinating marketing activities.
Collaborating with our Senior and Key Account Managers in various projects.

Native-level proficiency in German and fluency in English.
Experience in Account Management.
Great project coordination skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

You are independently managing your accounts’ requests and questions.
