What you will do

In this role, you’ll take ownership of key oversight activities, including:

• Oversight of fund operations, including daily cash flow monitoring, investment transaction reviews, and investor activity tracking

• Independent verification of Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and methodologies to ensure accuracy and consistency

• Monitoring compliance with investment restrictions and regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment with fund rules and AIFMD standards

• Maintaining clear, auditable documentation of oversight activities to support transparency and regulatory reporting

• Contributing to continuous improvement, helping shape and streamline our internal processes as we modernize the depositary function

About you

You are a structured person who value accuracy, communicates clearly, and enjoys solving complex problems. You could already be familiar with depositary services or fund administration, or you could be eager to learn and grow into the role. Here's what we’re looking for:

• A relevant academic background in law, economics, finance, or a related field — and ideally some exposure to fund administration, compliance, or audit 

• A natural sense of structure and attention to detail, paired with the ability to analyze complex data and see the bigger picture

• Familiarity with alternative investment funds and financial regulation is a plus — but a willingness to learn and a sharp analytical mindset go just as far

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset — you're comfortable working across teams, borders, and areas of expertise

• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving — you take initiative, follow through, and enjoy seeing your work make a real impact
