As our new Lead Solutions Engineer, you will 🧠

• Own the integration experience – design and evolve extensibility patterns across auth, data ingestion, and event-based systems

• Be hands-on – build prototypes, scaffolds, and SDK touchpoints in TypeScript, Python, or Go

• Lead architecture – run discovery and go-live discussions with our largest clients and integration partners

• Shape our plugin strategy – define how third parties (and internal teams) build on top of the Performativ platform

• Align our teams – ensure product, platform, and delivery operate from shared, scalable blueprints

• Define the “how” – own the implementation path while working closely with product to clarify the “why”

What we’re looking for 🎯

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or integration/system architecture

• Proven track record in API-first integration design, OAuth2/SAML auth flows, and plugin/iPaaS ecosystems

• Strong programming skills in TypeScript, Python, or Go

• Familiarity with AWS-native services (API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS)

• Enterprise client experience – you can explain complex systems clearly, under pressure, in front of stakeholders

• Designing SDKs, plugin frameworks, or developer tooling ecosystems

• Experience in fintech, wealthtech, or regulated domains

• Contributions to open-source platforms or developer experience tooling
