Drive Valmista’s growth by supporting brand marketing, campaign planning, and go-to-market strategies — ensuring our messaging, reach, and user acquisition efforts align with business goals.
Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with founders to shape Valmista’s B2C marketing goals and translate them into actionable monthly/weekly strategies.
Team Coordination: Manage and guide a small team of interns (content, design, SEO) — assign tasks, follow up on deadlines, and ensure aligned execution.
Campaign Planning & Oversight: Plan platform-specific campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn, offline, etc.) and oversee their rollout from idea to execution.
User & Market Insights: Interpret user behavior, competitor activities, and trend signals to adjust content themes, tone, and growth experiments.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor marketing KPIs, engagement data, and funnel conversion; use findings to improve upcoming campaigns.
Strong interest in marketing, growth, or business strategy
Basic knowledge of marketing funnels, SEO, or social media platforms
Analytical mindset with a creative eye
Fluent in Finnish (Swedish is a plus)
Proactive, self-driven, and curious about startup environments
