Silvers is a Copenhagen-based project that gives people access to the knowledge and expertise of the senior generation.
We believe this generation is an under-valued source of inspiration. That's why we have created a platform for local seniors (we call them “Silvers”) to host intimate dinners and workshops from their homes and studios, to share their wisdom and life experience.
We’re now looking for a Social Media and Content Intern to join our small, dedicated team in Frederiksberg. Someone who believes in what we’re building and wants to help us bring it to more people!
You’re a student or recent graduate, talented in social media, and you have a feel for content that connects. You know how to make engaging posts, but you also understand the importance of tone, values, and community. You are excited to be part of a meaningful, early-stage project we are building from the ground up.
Are studying (or recently graduated in) communication, marketing, or similar
Are excited about social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and open to experimenting
Can create content that is human, grounded, and thoughtful (not too polished or salesy)
Want to get to know our Silvers, and share their knowledge in respectful, creative ways
Can work independently and structure your own time
Enjoy being part of a small in-person team and are happy to spend time with us in Frederiksberg
Are responsible, kind, and community-minded
Are fluent in Danish (both written and spoken)
[Bonus if you have photography or camera skills – but not a requirement]
Manage our social media platforms: create and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
Use insights and performance data to help us understand what content works, grow our reach and engagement, and spark conversation.
Join content shoots and occasional Silvers events or dinners
Help us build an engaged community online and in real life
Work closely with our core team to build Silvers’ voice and presence
Internship is unpaid
Based in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen
Start: Ideally September 2025 (but we are flexible)
Duration: 3 to 6 months
Time: Ideally 20 hours a week
Office working language is English
What we offer:
A dynamic yet grounded work environment with a small, dedicated team
Real-world experience where your ideas are welcome and used
An opportunity to meet and learn from inspiring Silvers
Access to our Silvers events and dinners
A chance to be part of an impactful project, trying to change how we see aging
Send us a short note about yourself (just a few lines on why you’re interested), your CV, and links to any content you’ve made or are proud of (if available).
Deadline: 18 August – applications reviewed/interviews conducted on a rolling basis.
