ÅBEN is looking for a Customer Relations & Logistics Coordinator to help strengthen the daily operations of our growing brewery.

This role combines customer interaction and data analysis - a great opportunity for someone who is structured, confident working with data, and eager to learn more about sales and logistics.

As Customer Relations & Logistics Coordinator in ÅBEN, you will be part of the commercial team and work closely with Niklas Holmen Bertelsen, Head of Sales & Logistics. You will be responsible for processing orders, coordinating with the warehouse, providing customer service, and preparing sales reports - and you are happy to lend a hand with packing orders during busy periods.

This role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to grow in both tasks and responsibility.

Your tasks will include:

• Processing orders and coordinating with the warehouse

• Preparing reports on sales and logistics in ÅBEN

• Providing customer support and communicating with existing B2B customers

• Conducting analyses and forecasting

• Offering administrative support during the customer journey and supporting commercial projects

• Carrying out outreach sales and contacting potential new customers

• Providing practical help when needed

Who are you?

We imagine you:

• Have experience with order and inventory management, as well as administrative tasks

• Are confident working with Excel

• Are familiar with ERP, warehouse, or project management systems - or are a fast learner who enjoys working digitally

• Have experience with reporting and analysis

• Hold a category B driving license

• May have prior experience in sales (though it is not a requirement) - most importantly, you are structured, detail-oriented, and a strong team player

• Are early in your career and have a personal interest in craft beer and brewing - or are curious to learn more about the world of beer

• Speak Danish or are open and eager to learn
