The Internship 

Are you currently studying a relevant higher education program in Denmark – such as IT, data science, digital design or cognitive science – and approaching your final semester? Then this internship could be your chance to turn AI curiosity into real-world impact. 

At Caseflow, we use generative AI to develop customized case-based tests for recruitment – and we’re looking for a prompt engineering intern to help us make our tools even smarter. You’ll collaborate directly with our Founders and contribute to prompt strategies that shape real customer experiences. 

 

Assignment Options 

  • Design and test prompt templates that support internal tools and workflows 

  • Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Mistral to improve candidate assessments 

  • Document and iterate on prompt experiments 

  • Explore prompt use for various content types: test questions, customer onboarding, product copy 

  • Help us build internal guidelines for prompt engineering best practices 

  • Contribute to how we use AI to develop cases tailored to specific roles and companies 

 

We’re Looking for Someone Who 

  • Is enrolled in a relevant higher education program (e.g. IT, data science, digital design, or cognitive science) and approaching their final semester 

  • Has hands-on experience with or strong interest in generative AI and prompt design 

  • Thinks analytically and communicates clearly 

  • Is self-driven, structured, and not afraid to test and adjust continuously 

  • Wants to explore how AI can be applied to real-world SaaS tools 

Applicants from other educational backgrounds are also welcome – as long as you bring strong curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for working with language and AI.
