Your Mission

• Refine and Scale: Hone our business model and go-to-market strategy to dominate the Life Sciences and CRO sectors.

• Secure Funding: Attract private investors and grants (e.g., Eurostars, EIC) to fuel our growth.

• Drive Sales and Lead Generation: Excel at selling to research organizations, converting leads into customers, and generating new leads to accelerate user acquisition.

Who You Are

• Proven leadership experience in scaling businesses and securing significant funding, with a strategic vision to inspire and align diverse teams toward ambitious goals.

• Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Marketing, Sales, Economics, Business, or related fields, providing a strong commercial foundation.

• Demonstrated success in executing exits in the Life Sciences, CRO, or health-tech industries, with a proven track record of navigating the full lifecycle of scaling and exiting businesses in these sectors.

• Expertise in Life Sciences, CRO, or health-tech markets.

• Exceptional sales and lead generation skills, with a knack for closing deals with research organizations and turning leads into loyal customers.

• Passionate about using AI to democratize scientific discovery.

This bootstrapped, unpaid role starts part-time with significant equity via warrants tied to milestones, transitioning to a salaried position post-funding.
