At Ticketbutler, we build tech that helps event organizers focus on what matters most: their guests. Whether it’s through our customizable ticketing platform or our magical name badge printers (maybe you’ve seen them at Tech BBQ, Presidents Summit, or other major events), we’re here to make events more seamless — and greener.

Your role 🤘🏻
We’re growing fast and looking for Butler 18 to own the development and scaling of our strategic partnerships. We already have strong collaborations with event tech providers, and now it’s time to transform these relationships into a structured, scalable growth engine.
You’ll be responsible for
Developing and refining the overarching partnership strategy, owning its vision and direction
Executing this partnership strategy directly, being hands-on in driving initiatives from start to finish
Mapping and identifying potential partners
Leading outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and activation of new partnerships
Building and nurturing lasting, scalable relationships with partners
Tracking performance, analyzing results, and optimizing our approach
Shaping compelling messaging and co-marketing materials to and with partners
Creating effective onboarding and nurturing systems
You’ll work directly with the CEO Mads (👋🏻) and Head of Sales (shoutout to Bjarke!) until you’re ready to take the reins.
What success looks like 🎯
Within 30 days: You’ve mapped the top 30 relevant partnership leads
Within 3 months: You’ve signed at least 3 qualified partners
Within 6 months: These partnerships are actively contributing to growth through new customer leads, revenue, valuable integrations, or joint demand generation
You’ve built a repeatable system for partner onboarding, activation, and nurturing
The partnership function is a dynamic, working channel that drives sales and innovation through strong external collaborations and relations.
About you 🤗
You’re probably someone who:
Has some 2-3 years experience with partnerships, b2b sales, or biz dev
Has a passion for the event industry, or an interest in innovative technology and product integrations
Likes working with people — and building trust and long-term connections
Isn’t afraid to start a cold conversation
Loves figuring things out and trying new angles
Is humble, but confident in your own voice

We prefer action over perfection, and you’ll never be left alone without sparring or support. Work is hybrid. With 3 days in the office as a minimum. You can choose what works best (though you can expect to be in the office during onboarding).
