We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Website & SEO Manager to join our marketing team and in this role, you’ll not only drive the strategic development of our website, but also take ownership of execution, ensuring continuous optimization of our website performance, implementation of best practices, and tangible results that support our commercial goals. 

As our Website & SEO Manager, you will own the end-to-end management, optimization, and strategic development of the Relesys website. Your mission is to create an outstanding digital experience that attracts, engages, and converts B2B prospects, while improving our organic search visibility and driving measurable business impact.

This is a hybrid role combining website management, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and SEO strategy. You will collaborate closely with our Growth & Campaign team, Creative Studio, and external partners to deliver a website experience that aligns with our brand, supports our commercial goals, and scales with our ambitions.

Your responsibilities

As our Website & SEO Manager you play a key role in our Growth & Campaign Team. Your responsibilities will include:

Website Ownership & Development 

  • Drive the strategic development roadmap of the Relesys website to improve client experience and lead generation.
  • Oversee day-to-day website operations, updates, and performance monitoring.
  • Plan and execute website updates, including new landing pages, product pages, and localized content for Nordic markets.
  • Ensure the site follows brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and best practices for UX/UI.
  • Develop and execute A/B testing plans to improve conversion rates across key pages and funnels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to implement design and functionality enhancements.

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute an SEO roadmap to increase organic traffic and rankings for priority keywords across core markets (UK, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland).
  • Conduct keyword research to inform content strategy and campaign planning.
  • Optimize on-page SEO (metadata, internal linking, schema markup, headings).
  • Identify and implement technical SEO improvements (crawlability, page speed, mobile optimization).
  • Analyze and report on organic search performance and identify new opportunities to increase visibility and traffic.
  • Partner with our content and creative teams to ensure all content is optimized for search and aligned with target personas.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, report website and SEO performance and uncover insights and recommend improvement using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Tag Manager.
  • Define and report on key metrics such as organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and engagement.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Create regular performance dashboards and reports to inform stakeholders of progress and results.

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Lead website development projects in a multi-party environment, ensuring deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to develop SEO-optimized blog posts, guides, and case studies and ensure that the campaigns align with SEO and website goals.
  • Support localization efforts for the Nordics—ensuring translated pages are optimized for local search.
  • Support broader growth initiatives by aligning website enhancements with campaign launches and product updates.

In order to succeed as a Website & SEO Manager at Relesys, we appreciate the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in B2B marketing and website development, with an understanding of the B2B customer journey and strategies to improve a B2B website.
  • Experience in strategic website development, coupled with practical, hands-on development skills. Proficiency in operating effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and projects independently.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Detail-oriented but also able to use data for strategic development.
  • Proven experience in managing websites on the Webflow platform, with a solid understanding of Webflow functionality and best practices. Experience with other content management systems is considered a bonus.
  • Knowledge of Google tools and the ability to read and use data from across different Google tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, and Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and techniques, with experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Basic knowledge of B2B SaaS e-commerce practices and processes, with the ability to drive e-commerce performance in a multi-party environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead development in a cross-functional context.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working in a fast paced, high-growth company where decisions are made quickly and the organization is in constant development.
  • Proficiency in hard-coding is not required but is seen as an advantage. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • A flexible learning mindset and openness to adapt to evolving technologies and best practices.
  • The ability to interpret gathered data to pinpoint improvement opportunities and craft development roadmaps.
  • Experience in commercial development and management of e-commerce platforms.
