Relesys is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead and elevate our core product foundations - including user & access management, security, localization, and search. 🚀 


Are you a structured and experienced Technical Product Manager ready to lead our Foundation Product team in delivering high-quality core capabilities such as User and Access Management, Security and Compliance, Localization, and Search? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Relesys. You will join a dynamic Product team, where you will help shape the Product Management strategies in an engaging collaboration 🌍

You will collaborate with the Product, Platform and Development teams to guide our product roadmap, gathering complex needs from across the company and clients to develop a roadmap for our Foundation Product team. You will help shape and guide our vision and strategy as we look to better enable our clients with the product they need to be successful.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Technical Product Manager, your role will include: 

    • Ensure enterprise-grade foundational features by leveraging past experience and collaborating closely with our Platform and Development teams.
    • Lead the discovery and delivery of technical product initiatives supporting the product strategy.
    • Analyze the user needs and feedback, conduct market research, and identify the customer segments and value propositions
    • Measure the success metrics of newly launched capabilities
    • Ensure best practices are followed across enterprise-related product areas
    • Balance short-term needs with long-term scalability while working with internal stakeholders to ensure quality and performance align with expectations
    • Coordinate work with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to help define the strategy and roadmap


Who are you?:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
    • 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Technical Product Manager or experience in a technical role (consulting, engineering, or similar) working with modern B2B, SaaS or cloud products in an agile environment 
    • You bring a strong technical mindset and thrive in enterprise-level environments
    • Proven track record of delivering high-quality capabilities like User and Access Management, Security and Compliance, Localization, Search
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with strong collaboration skills
    • You're comfortable talking about architecture, data flows, and system requirements
    • You have a quality-driven and commercial mindset – you care about building solutions that work and support business value
    • You’re curious, structured, and eager to take ownership
    • Are located in the Copenhagen area or close to as this position is primarily in-office
    • Have excellent communication skills in verbal and written English 🇬🇧
    • Proficiency in Danish is not a requirement but definitely an advantage 🇩🇰
    • Willingness to travel occasionally to Odense and Vilnius in Lithuania for collaboration with internal stakeholders ✈️
