As we expand into new markets and build relationships with forward-thinking companies and partners, we’re looking for a sharp, curious, and driven Business Development Assistant to join our commercial team.
This is not a coffee-run kind of assistant role. You’ll be in the engine room, helping us identify the right accounts, break into new markets, and shape our sales strategy alongside experienced account managers and our commercial leadership. You'll experience continuous learning and growth alongside seasoned professionals. Reporting directly to our Sales Director, who brings extensive experience from tech scaleups (Corti.ai, TwentyThree) and larger engineering companies, you'll be at the forefront of our business development initiatives.
We're seeking a skilled and motivated individual with a passion for sustainability and the Green Transition, self-driven, disciplined, and tech-savvy. Familiarity with cutting-edge and innovative solutions is crucial for success.
Dive into new geographies, analyze market potential, and help draft our go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Assist in identifying regional trends, key players, and partnership opportunities.
Research and identify prospects and strategic partners.
Support the creation of battle plans for key segments and accounts.
Work closely with sales leadership to define the proper outreach strategy.
Build compelling business cases for potential and existing customers, showing them the tangible ROI of choosing FLEXeCHARGE.
Keep the core of our operations (HubSpot) organized and up-to-date.
Bridge Sales and Marketing and make sure market awareness turns into opportunities.
Generate regular performance reports and provide insights to guide sales decision-making (GTM, hiring plans, playbook, ...)
Support the development and ongoing improvement of our sales playbook and onboarding plan.
Generate and keep improving our customer presentations (Figma).
Gather feedback from the field and help translate it into repeatable processes.
You’re structured, curious, and not afraid to take initiative.
Experience with or strong interest in B2B tech/SaaS and/or clean energy is a plus.
Comfortable navigating HubSpot, Excel, and digital prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Being a Figma wizard and comfortable with AI tools is a plus.
Strong communicator, with our sales team, management, and other departments.
You’re analytical and can turn research into action.
You love learning from others and helping build systems that scale.
